Kyron Horman: Afternoon Of June 4, 2010

Nine years ago, Kyron Horman disappeared from his school, during a science fair, that morning. Last week, I published two sidereal astrological charts covering events of that morning, in Portland, Oregon. Now, I will progress the chart to 3:00 PM, when school was preparing to dismiss, and Kyron should have boarded the school bus to go home. His father and his stepmother, Kaine and Terri Horman, went to the bus stop to meet Kyron, but were told he never got on the bus. The chart for 3:00 PM should give us an idea of what happened in Portland after that morning. Remember, sidereal horoscope placements are twenty-four degrees behind the tropical placements we find in western charts.

The ascendant has moved from Cancer to 13:58 Virgo. This places Saturn in the first house, at this point, and Mercury, the marker for Kyron, is in the eighth. As the ascendant passed over Saturn's position at 3:58 Virgo, there is a suggestion that Kyron was no longer in the company of a woman, (Terri Horman is marked by the moon in this chart) but either in the company of an older male, or in a place that is signified by Virgo; gardens, especially gardens with ponds or small streams. Saturn, casting his rays to the third and tenth houses, influences the Scorpio, the third house of this chart. The third house is communication and short journeys, and Scorpio is all about the "unknown", revenge, and sometimes, standing water. The tenth house here is Gemini, which was the twelfth house in the earlier charts. Ketu, the South Node, and Venus still occupy Gemini, bringing the chaos of the recent past (Ketu) and the secret kept by a woman into Saturn's focus. Saturn delays matters, and this is one of the reasons why I think a man may be involved. The North Node, Rahu, now occupies the fourth house, of environment and home. In this case, environment and home are two different things. Two of Rahu's provinces are illusions and secrets, and Kyron has definitely been kidnapped and hidden. The Moon is now in the sixth house, which outlines inconveniences and problems. Since the Moon is the marker for the stepmother, could there be a problem connected to her, or to her account of where and when she last saw Kyron? The Moon is still in Aquarius, and still displaced by Saturn, denoting a relationship involving reluctant agreements and inconvenient secrets between the stepmother and the mysterious male represented by Saturn. Saturn is displaced by Mercury, Kyron's marker, interestingly.

The seventh house of this progressed chart is Pisces, still occupied by Jupiter. Jupiter is casting his rays to the fifth, seventh, and ninth houses from himself. This gives us a married fatherly figure whose influence goes to Cancer, the tenth house of the chart. Money and reputation play a very strong role to this man. Jupiter also affects the ascendant of this chart, suggesting that the male represented by Saturn is known to the fatherly figure. He and Saturn both cast rays on the sign of Scorpio, that house of secrets, revenge, and standing water. The Sun occupies the ninth house of this chart. Ninth house significations are long journeys, higher learning, and divine grace. The ninth house also relates to Jupiter, but Jupiter and the Sun are not terribly friendly with each other. The suggests that the married father in this picture has turned down help offered by someone who could have helped find Kyron. Disconcerting. The Sun's position in Taurus also opposes Scorpio, the house that is influenced by both Jupiter and Saturn, showing a lack of cooperation between a male connected to Kyron, a suspect, and law enforcement. Ketu, the South Node, and Venus are now in the tenth house, rather than the twelfth house, placing emphasis on authority, purpose, and reputation. So we have Ketu, with all of its emphasis on secrets and chaos, and Venus, with her desire to maintain balance and compromise, sometimes at the expense of the truth or the resolution of a matter. I am also going to go out on a limb here and venture that there may be two vehicles involved at this point: a white vehicle with an eight cylinder engine and a grey or black, older model SUV.  Flags are somehow a symbol, here.......perhaps signs, windsocks, or even bumper stickers.

Mars, the second house occupant in the earlier charts, is now in the twelfth house. He is displaced by Sun, occupant of the current ninth house, and influences the fourth and eighth house from himself. This, once again, puts emphasis on Scorpio and in addition to secrets, suggests violence. He influences Pisces and Jupiter, as well. Some of the malice visited upon Kyron was also intended for Kyron's biological family. This is a willingness to commit violence and possibly murder for material wealth. Part of Kyron's disappearance was about greed and family assets, as well as betrayal. The Sun in the ninth house, Taurus, suggests that a large garden may have been part of the kidnapper's travels with Kyron that day, but I still think water is in the background. It could be as mundane as a place name containing words that refer to the sun, rivers, forests, and gardens.

In the past, I have done Tarot readings for Kyron, and while I have encountered quite a bit of symbolism pointing to Kyron's stepmother as a major player in this drama, I have never seen a direct suggestion that Kyron is deceased. I certainly hope that I was right in the interpretations of those readings, but I am deeply concerned after reading these three charts. There is very heavy emphasis on eighth and twelfth house matters, and both of those houses deal with death, albeit in different ways. The eighth house, which is where we find the Moon on the morning of June 4, is the house of the financial products of partnerships and marriage, or joint assets. This carries over to wills, estates, and life insurance policies. Seeing the intentions of the stepmother in the eighth house, yet somehow relating to a seven year old child, is a bit unusual. Finding Mercury, the marker for Kyron, himself, in the eighth house in the last chart is even more worrying. Then, the morning begins with a heavy twelfth house influence involving Ketu, the South Node, and Venus, a possible female accomplice. This is not good for things involving life and staying alive, so I am very worried about Kyron. Finding warlike Mars in the twelfth house in the last chart suggests that lethal violence is certainly possible. There  is also enough fire in both charts to suggest that fire may have been a means of destrying evidence at some point, shortly after Kyron disappeared.

There are several concerns I have about Kyron's sidereal birth chart, when compared to the charts of June 4, 2010. The first thing that jumped out at me was that the Sun is transiting Kyron's Rahu, or North Node. Rahu is described as the head of a demon that is always hungry, and always devouring. When Rahu encounters the Sun, he devours it, too. This represents Rahu swallowing the very essence and direction of Kyron's life. Not good. Also, Saturn is transiting Kyron's Virgo Moon on June 4, which is an occurance that normally happens no more than three times in a lifetime, and a lot of times, not even that often. This forbodes losses and major changes, and hopefully, Kyron survived, somehow. When Saturn transits the Moon in a child's chart, it is usually about a the child's parents and his relationship with his parents, rather than his own life. Since Kyron's living situation was a bit complicated because of his parents' divorce and because of his stepmother, this configuration worries me a bit. Otherwise, Kyron's chart does not appear to show that his time of passing was supposed to be this early in his life; if it happened, it was not the appropriate time, at all. Another worry is Ketu's presence in the twelfth house in the first event chart; Ketu can bring sudden endings. Another possibility involves Rahu, the North Node. As I pointed out earlier, the Sun is transiting Kyron's Rahu. Rahu tends to swallow the Sun, and anywhere we find Rahu, we often find deception. If Kyron is still alive, someone has something to gain by making it appear that he is dead, and has gone to a certain amount of trouble to make it appear so.

I would be inclined to look for Kyron on a property that has either a cistern or a septic tank. I would expect at least one non-native tree in the area, and a sizeable flower garden. Red, orange, and burnt orange are key colors, especially for flowers and possibly for a vehicle driven by a man. This event had been planned for awhile, and there were at least three people primarily involved; two females and one male. Ketu represents the eleventh hour, and is prominent in all of these charts, so I would also venture a guess that whatever was done with Kyron was done by 11:00 AM on June 4, leaving the accomplices to return to their normal activities for that time of day. Testimony of children and adults at Kyron's school should not be ignored, as at least one individual can offer key facts concerning the last time Kyron was seen by anyone other than his stepmother and younger sister. Another note on this is that Rahu was in the sixth house from the ascendant in the morning; this could illustrate that things were not as they appeared: Kyron was supposed to be in school, but was not; teachers thought Kyron was excused from school, but he was not; cell phones pinged from towers in places that witnesses testified that they had not been; accomplices and suspects worked overtime to establish phony alibis, and the like. Ketu is also transiting Kyron's Saturn in Gemini. Gemini is Kyron's ascendant, but the twelfth house in the chart of the morning of June 4. While this could spell death, Saturn could also have delayed this, while keeping Kyron hidden. My assessment is that Kyron was kidnapped by someone living in his home, and that he is either at the family dwelling, or at another property occupied or frequented by this person.  I don't like to leave a reading this way, but as of June 4, 2010, there was no resolution because not all family members involved were forthcoming and cooperative. In order to bring resolution to this case, law enforcement will have to conduct further interviews of those thought to be involved and search properties, once again, for any missed clues. I still hold out hope for Kyron's safe return.

Sidereal Chart For The Morning Of Kyron Horman's Disappearance

Kyron Horman disappeared on June 4, 2010 from his school, during a science fair. There have been massive searches for him, and much discussion and speculation over the past nine years, but Kyron has not been found. He was only seven years old when he was last seen. Many readings have been done for him, too; and I have done a few for him on this site. One thing that I have not done in the past is a forensic astrology event chart for Kyron. This year, I am reading the sidereal event chart for the place from which he disappeared, and I will progress the chart for three key times on June 4, 2010. This will give us two readings, instead of one. I will begin with 8:45 AM on June 4, when he was allegedly dropped off at school, with his science project for the science fair. After that, I will progress Portland's chart to 9:00 AM, which is when Kyron's stepmother states that she left the school. I will finish with a chart for 3:00 PM on the same day.  Sidereal astrology shows the planets as they would appear to the naked eye, when viewing the night sky, and it subtracts approximately twenty-four degrees from the tropical, or western horoscopes that are usually used in America. Also, while Vedic astrology does not take the outer, or generational, planets into account, it places much more emphasis on the north and south nodes, or eclipse points, of the moon. The North Node is called Rahu and the South Node is called Ketu; the head and tail of a mythical demonic beast. Since I have found sidereal astrology and Vedic astrology to be much more accurate, I will be using Vedic charts.

According to Kyron's family, his stepmother, Terri Moulton Horman, gave him a ride to school at 8:45 AM, and also took his eighteen month old sister, so I ran the first chart for 8:45 AM on June 4. The ascendant is 3:9 degrees Cancer. At that point, there are no new reports of missing persons in the entire area, and nothing is amiss. The South Node, called Ketu, represented by the tail of a demon named Rahu, is in Gemini, the twelfth house, along with Venus, so there is a certain amount of twelfth house energy to be noted. The twelfth house in a chart represents endings, secrets enemies, and death in some cases, and it was one of the first things I looked at. The South Node is the chart significator for the twelfth house, and because of its association in this chart with Mercury, who rules Gemini, I decided to use Mercury as a marker for Kyron. Mercury is in the chart's tenth house, Aries, at 27:18 degrees. Since Kyron was last seen with Terri Horman, I used the ascendant, Cancer, as significator for her activities that morning. Cancer is ruled by the Moon, and the Moon is 16:57 degrees Aquarius, and I used the Moon as a marker for Terri. Aquarius is also the eighth house for this chart, and eighth house significations include joint finances, joint accounts, and often death. The Moon can also show unexpected and unexplained actions and reactions. Also, the South Node carries its influence to the eighth house, occupied by the Moon, so I am comfortable using the Moon and Mercury as markers for Kyron and Terri. While the ascendant is in Cancer, it is barely in Cancer; it is still very close to Gemini, the twelfth house hosting two planets, so it appears that there are plans involving twelfth house matters, (death or secrets) but no action yet.

I will jump from here to the third house, which covers short journeys, written communications, and sometimes relatives....younger siblings in particular. Virgo is the third house, and it is occupied by Saturn, at 3:50 degrees. Saturn is the chart significator for the eighth and twelfth houses, which are already heavily represented in this chart, and that is where he carries his influence. Saturn rules places of solitude and spiritual detachment, (graveyards, anyone?) and he is disposited by Mercury, who rules Virgo. The Moon in this chart is disposited by Saturn, which could indicate an older man's involvement in the planning and/or transportation needed to carry out this whole plan. In addition to affecting the house opposite it, Saturn also aspects the third and tenth houses from it, as well. Here, we have Saturn in a loose opposition with Jupiter, which occupies the ninth house, of long distance travels and of education, and we also have him aspecting the seventh house, of partnerships, and the twelfth house. Saturn's effect is to slow things down, so here we see a possible agreement with one partner moving more slowly and more cautiously than the other. Saturn also casts his rays on the sixth house of this chart, which is occupied by Rahu, the North Node. It would appear that the kidnapper's plan did not go as originally planned, but still took place. There was definitely more than one person involved, here.

About that opposition between Jupiter and Saturn; this involved the third and ninth houses. Both of these houses are concerned with travel; short distances in the third house, long distances in the ninth house. We have a conflict between earth, particularly farmed or gardened earth with non-native fruit trees, (possibly fig trees) and large bodies of water. Jupiter also aspects the fifth, seventh, and ninth houses from where it sits. This means that Jupiter, with all of its expansive and accommodating influences has an effect on the ascendant, solidifying will and intentions. Moving to another place of influence, the seventh house from itself, Jupiter, once again, influences Saturn, the planet of delay. This was probably an inconvenience related to driving Kyron away from the school. Next, we have Jupiter affecting the ninth house from itself and the fifth house of the chart, Scorpio. Fifth house matters are creativity, love affairs, children, pleasure, and speculations. Scorpio is a rather dark place, symbolized by standing water and sometimes, negative emotions. Perhaps a compromise about location?

We have Mercury, the marker for Kyron, in the tenth house, of public life and government. I will take this to mean school, in Kyron's case. A side note about the tenth house is that it also represents fathers, and fatherhood.....more on that later. The tenth house is Aries, and Mercury affects the seventh house from itself, which is Libra. Libra is a sign of discernment, and I do not think Kyron would have willingly left the school with a stranger. Libra is also the fourth house of the chart, which brings home and family into the mix, and suggests that someone from Kyron's home was involved. It probably took some convincing and coaxing to get Kyron away from the school and the science fair, too. Mercury is disposited by the Sun, and we find the Sun in Taurus, the eleventh house of friends and organizations. This is where we will have the most reliable information and clues as to where Kyron was taken. Here, we once again encounter the symbolism of tilled earth and agriculture. Red deer and wagons are also featured, here. We had red as a unique color in Saturn's position, and we also have it in the Sun's position. The testimony of Kyron's school friends, teachers, and other employees of the school is key, here. Perhaps red or orange could be a school bus, or a bus driver may have key information. The Sun also brings its influence to the first, ninth, and tenth houses of a chart, so we have the Sun casting its effects on the ascendant, showing that there are witnesses who can help, on the seventh house of the chart, Capricorn, showing that there are accomplices, and on the tenth house from itself and the eighth house of the chart, Aquarius, occupied by the Moon, which is the marker for Kyron's stepmother, Terri Horman. No one should be surprised if an eyewitness identifies Terri as having been close enough to circumstances and evidence to have been involved.

Meanwhile, the Sun is disposited by Venus, who is in Gemini, the twelfth house of this chart, along with the South Node.Venus in the twelfth house is often sensual, in a perverse way, and she is coupled with the South Node here, who brings violent energies into the mix. There is also a vague lack of direction about procedures at the school on this day, which leads to loss. So the stage is set in Portland for a child to go missing on June 4.

At this point, I have progressed the chart just fifteen minutes, to 9:00 AM. Most the configurations have not changed significantly, but a couple have; notably the ascendant and the Moon. The ascendant has moved further into Cancer, and is no longer on the cusp of Gemini. This pushes the not-yet-materialized plan into a viable action. Earthy Saturn, in Virgo, becomes more active, while watery Jupiter cedes a bit. 9:00 can be nailed down as a key time. The Moon has moved to 17:05 Aquarius, and is opposite Leo, which is occupied by Mars at 4:39 degrees. Mars rules Aries, the tenth house of this chart, and as I stated earlier, I am getting back to the tenth house significance. One of the denizens of the tenth house is the father, and relationships with the father. Mercury, the marker for Kyron, is in the tenth house. Mars is a planet that often brings conflicts, and it isn't terribly friendly to the Moon, so I think it is fair to deduce that there is a certain amount of conflict between Terri and Kyron's father. Leo, where Mars is placed, is the second house in this chart, and symbolizes money, income, and possessions; so this gives us an idea of what the disappearance of a child at this time and place was really about.  Mars aspects the fourth, seventh, and eighth houses from itself. This means that in addition to opposing Aquarius, the eight house of the chart, Mars also casts rays on the fifth house of the chart, Scorpio, lending speculation without facts to the motive, and it casts an influence on Pisces, the eighth house from itself and the ninth house of the chart, where Jupiter waits. One of Jupiter's significations is a fatherly influence, so here we have another suggestion that a struggle with Kyron's father may have precipitated this.

In all of the tarot readings I have done for Kyron, none have conclusively indicated that Kyron was murdered. Here, we have a lot of eighth house and twelfth house activity, and both houses deal with death, so I am a bit uncomfortable and unhappy to see this. The marker for Terri being in the eighth house is disconcerting, and the South Node in the twelfth house is never a comforting thing in a reading for a missing person. The North Node is in the sixth house, in a loose opposition to Venus, also in the twelfth house, and the sixth house deals with inconveniences and health problems. This shows that Kyron was an "inconvenience" to a female family member, and possibly to others connected to her. The North Node, or Rahu, can give misleading philosophies when in Sagittarius, and its opposition to Venus shows an inability to compromise. Rahu in Sagittarius could show us key places in regard to this kidnapping, although judging from the rest of this chart, I would expect multiple crimes scenes, at least two. Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter, who is in his other sign of rulership here, Pisces. This is another "father" reference.

Another factor that cannot be overlooked is how heavy this chart is in the element of fire; we have Mars in Leo, the second house, Rahu in Sagittarius, the sixth house, and Mercury in Aries, the tenth house. This gives a lot of importance to the second house pursuit of money and the sixth house inconveniences of day to day affairs, combined with tenth house status and public life....with the marker for Kyron being in the tenth house. Somehow, money, possessions, and inconvenience played a role here, along with concern about reputation. How does the element of fire play into this? Keeping in mind that both the eighth house and the twelfth houses are Aquarius and Gemini, air signs.... perhaps this is a reference to communication and evidence....as in "burner phones". Quite mundane, but possibly applicable. The eighth and twelfth houses also deal with secrets; Aquarius is where we find the Moon, so it literally "carries the water," along with the motive and intention; and Gemini is occupied by Ketu and Venus, suggesting that a woman has been keeping secrets in this matter for a long time. Also significant would be tears and sweat, and circles of flowers. Given the references in this chart, I would have to deduce that in the Portland area, two women were directly involved, and a man indirectly involved, in the disappearance of a local child on the morning of June 4, 2010. I will run another chart, progressed by a few hours, in a couple of days, in order to determine more of how events unfolded according to the first chart.

What Happened To Jodi Huisentruit?

On June 27, 1995, a twenty-seven year old News Anchor named Jodi Huisentruit disappeared in Mason City, Iowa. A few of her possessions and her bent car keys were found outside, near her car, but no trace of her, anywhere. She never made it to work that morning, and has now been missing for over twenty-three years, and I will see if the Tarot has any new suggestions. I have used a horoscope layout here, because that type of layout often gives bits and pieces of information that would otherwise go overlooked in cases such as this, wherein a person has been missing for a very long time.

The first house, describing the situation, itself, has given us Temperance, reversed. When this card falls reversed, it details conflicts and bad combinations of all kinds, and also competing interests. This shows us the general atmosphere, and perhaps the motive, of the person with whom Jodi had this encounter. There was a general feeling that Jodi had the upper hand, or some coveted advantage, that someone else had desired. Moving along to the second house, of material possessions and money, we find the ace of pentacles, reversed. This reinforces what we saw in the first house concerning competing interests: someone envied Jodi. The third house, of communication, relatives, and short journeys, gives us the Page of Pentacles. Here we have a possibility of a valid tip in the form of someone who is willing to go on the record and describe everything he or she noticed on the day Jodi disappeared. Putting the puzzle pieces together has been difficult, and I will come back to this card later, after I have interpreted cards in corresponding positions. I don't think this witness's information has been completely understood and correlated, yet. The Knight of Cups appears in the fourth house, which governs environment, particularly that of the home. Here, we have validity to the information offered by the Page of Pentacles, and we also see that Jodi is "not far from home". Cups also refer to water, and often point us west; but I still do not think that Jodi is far from either her home, or where she was last seen. This knight is also the person who will put together all the information in a relevant way, which will involve an understanding of emotional nuances. This crime was, somehow, quite personal.

The three of cups appears, reversed, in the fifth house, of pleasure, romance, entertainment, fun, and creativity. Sometimes children are indicated by this house, but as Jodi did not have children, we will focus on the other aspects of the fifth house. The reversed three of cups usually tells us about a relationship that went too far, too fast; or, simply, too much of something. It can sometimes point to success that did not pan out, or to an investment that did not pay off. Somehow, this dynamic played into Jodi's situation. Next, we find the eight of pentacles, reversed, in the sixth house of inconveniences, employment, mundane affairs, and co-workers and and employees. When we see the eight of pentacles reversed, we are seeing a situation involving lack of talent in one's profession, or the risk of losing employment. This does not describe Jodi, but it does describe someone around her. So far, this reading has described professional, and possibly romantic, jealousy as a motive to lash out at her.

We have the seven of cups, reversed, in the seventh house of partnerships and agreements. This house also signifies marriage, but it covers all types of partnerships. The seven of cups shows common sense and realistic goals when we find it reversed, and it shows that Jodi was interested in her career when she disappeared; and did not scatter her energy into empty pursuits. This bothered someone. It bothered someone so much that the Tower came up reversed in the eighth house of joint finances and shared expenses. The Tower, in reversal, tells of false imprisonment, false accusations, and oppression and the eighth house is also an indicator of death, so I really do not like this combination, here. This is the first confirmation that we may not find Jodi alive and well, and I always hope I am wrong about things like this. The ninth house, of justice, religious ideals, and long journeys; yields the two of wands, reversed. This refers to better forensic science than what was available in 1995, and it shows not only the challenges for the culprit, but for law enforcement. Witnesses tend to forget things over long periods of time, and sometimes cannot be found in cold cases. The culprit may also get a surprise when something as simple as a fingerprint or a some DNA that could not be correlated in 1995 suddenly becomes relevant, today. This case still faces a lot of challenges in order to become resolved. The Page in the third house represents information or a tip, and the ninth house represents the challenge in following up on the tip. Jodi was taken in different directions, somehow, and no one really had eyes on the person who took her, after she was last seen. Still, I do not think she was taken terribly far; between two and fifteen miles.

The tenth house, of career and public life, shows the Magician, reversed. This is abuse, abuse of power, sometimes abuse of authority, and the general use of skill for destruction. Here, we have yet another reference to Jodi's career! This is also another reference to the personal nature of the crime. It shows that Jodi was not a random victim, but chosen. In the eleventh house of hopes, wishes, ambitions, organizations , and friends, we find the Star. Jodi has a lot of friends and admirers who still want to see her found and want to see this case resolved. "Star" could also be a mundane reference to location, as could the word, "south". The Star also describes small bodies of water, such as lakes, where the stars can be seen reflected in the water. Once again, I do not think she was taken away from the general area. At the end, in the twelfth house, we have the two of swords, reversed. The twelfth house concerns secret enemies, self undoing, and often, death. This card shows a new moon, and there was, indeed, a new moon between June 27 and June 28 of 1995, so I think the twelfth house correlation here is that Jodi died shortly after she was abducted. The person responsible thought he could keep his actions undetected and secret forever, but the reversed two of swords also indicates sudden movement in matters that were once stalemated, so there is hope of new information leading to Jodi.

Why Is Attorney General Barr Withholding The Mueller Report?

Now for the last question in this series of tarot queries about the Mueller report; why is Attorney General Barr refusing to share it with Americans, as all other reports of this type have been? His published comments on the report have irked the lawyers who have worked on it, and assisted in writing it, and he seems to want to distract the public from the obvious questions concerning the president and others in his family! I will use a Celtic Cross for this reading, and I will ask why it has not been shared with us, and what he is trying to hide.

We begin with the Emperor, crossed by Death!! What a beginning! The Emperor is a paternal, authoritarian figure who is ready for action. His presence is dominating, but Death is major change, over which no mortal has control! What a message! Our paternal leader with control issues has a brand new message coming to him, and he may not like it! Okay; now for the rest of the reading. Beneath this, we have the seven of cups, which gives us a foundation of deception on the part of Attorney General Barr. He would really like to make us believe that the report did not turn up anything more serious than that of which we have already been informed, and that no one else has committed a crime or should be questioned or indicted. The King of Wands, who turns up next, and also in the past, states otherwise, however. He is steadfast and honest, and begs to differ with Mr. Barr. The very best thing that can happen here, as indicated by the three of cups, for the American people, is for Mr. Barr to simply turn the whole report over. Any redactions should only be made to avoid any unordered discovery on the parts of defendants and suspects.

Mr. Barr has temporarily won an unethical victory, which is shown by the Chariot, reversed, in the place of things that will happen in the near future; however, this card also shows a lack of balance and an inability to control the situation. There is already enough information out and about concerning the Mueller report, and there are also defendants, in other countries, who have gained discovery in certain cases covered by this investigation. These defendants are unlikely to care about Mr. Barr's desire to protect Donald Trump and his children, and are very likely to leak information; especially for a price. Wouldn't it be more graceful for Barr to simply do what he would do if the president was Barrack Obama, and share the information?

In the place of fears, Mr. Barr's fears, to be exact; we have the Devil, reversed. Barr is worried that the cat is already out of the bag, so to speak. He is also reluctant to issue any decision. If he decides to share the information, he has Donald Trump on his back, and if he does not share the information, he has Congress and the Supreme Court on his back. Congress will still have to issue subpoenas and go to court, though.  The ten of wands shows that he is using his power unwisely, and this card also sometimes speaks of legal or court decisions. Barr would really rather not be the one to share the report; he wants to be able to tell the president that he had to, because of a court order or a subpoena. In his hopes, we find Temperance, telling us that there will be quite a few redactions, at first. A card I pulled to clarify this is the Page of Swords. This page is often a spy, and likes to share news and messages. I am going to venture a guess that any redactions are likely to be "unredacted" by the next administration, if not before! The last card is the Hermit. This is prudence, discretion, and wise counsel. Congress will see the report first, and they will be judicious in how they present it to the American people.

Now, another short reading, to better explain what the Mueller report reveals. The attorney general would certainly never go to such great lengths to hide an investigation if no one was implicated, would he? Of course not! Another Celtic Cross reading, here.

The seven of pentacles begins this, crossed by the four of cups. When the seven of pentacles shows up in a reading, it shows that someone is either waiting for something to mature, or waiting to get paid. As it is crossed by the four of cups, which is a card of impatience and dissatisfaction, I am going to assume that payment was never received; so we have someone who was waiting for payment or money. Beneath this, in the past, we have the nine of cups, reversed. This indicates that the payment and maturity shown by the seven of pentacles never happened. Somehow, it was intercpeted. The next card, showing the more recent past, is the Devil, reversed, relating back to the first reading. A shady deal somehow fell apart, and there were aspects of this "deal" that were unlawful and possibly fraudulent. Mr. Barr does not think the American public should know about this. Crowning this, we have the Magician, reversed. Once again, we see indecision and abuse of power. This is only in the realm of possibility, though; Barr has not gotten away with it yet. In the arena of things to come, we have the Page of Pentacles. reversed. This is waste and excess, and a material loss. Has Trump, the deal-maker in chief, made a bad deal and cost his investors some money? Has he failed to pay his taxes? As for the latter, Congress can and will provide us with an answer for that.

The first card on the staff, in the place of fears, is the Sun. This card is a card of happiness and wonderful luck, and would have been much better placed in hopes, rather than fears! But here it is in Mr. Barr's fears, showing that he is very much afraid of what it best for the nation! Imagine that! The Sun shines light on everything, and that is very scary for some people who are directly affected by the Mueller report. Next, in the place of environment, we have the ace of wands, reversed. The was the cancellation and deferment of an enterprise, or a project requiring major financing. The next card, also a fear, even though it should be a hope, is the Knight of Swords. This knight often represents law enforcement or a legal decision; and in this case, it may represent legal authorities in another country, knocking at Donald Trump's door. Why would Barr want to hide that from Americans? The last card is the Hanged Man. This is a suspended decision or legal action. This could also explain why Mr. Trump wanted to run for president in the first place. He thinks that as president, he can suspend legal decision forever. Unfortunately, a very serious aspect of this is that financiers in other countries are involved, and if the United States determines that a thief or a swindler can be legally protected from his obligations, how will that affect diplomatic relations? Oh dear, oh dear....what's a spineless, Republican attorney general to do?

Ouch! I just pulled a qualifier for the Hanged Man, and got the King of Swords, reversed. This King is also often law enforcement, like the Knight of Swords, yet he is an older, more mature version; sometimes a lawyer or a judge. He falls reversed, which makes him unkindly disposed toward the...ahem....subject of the investigation. So the findings of the Mueller report are in suspense for now, but will be dynamited back to life by an angry legal person. And it appears that all of this started with money, money laundering, fraudulent dealings, and coverups about the same.

Will More People Face Charges As A Result Of The Mueller Investigation?

As we are all aware, seven defendants in America and quite a few overseas have been indicted and prosecuted by American courts as a result of Bob Mueller's investigation. One of the lingering questions, of course, has to do with whoever might be implicated but not yet charged. Attorney General William Barr is working feverishly to keep this information from Americans, and Congress has issued subpoenas for the information. So who, further, should and will face charges? I will see what the Tarot has to say. Once again, I am using a Horoscope layout.

We find the ace of swords, reversed, in the first house, describing the potential of the entire matter. This describes obstacles in the face of purpose, so we can safely surmise that there are others in this mess who have not been charged, but should be charged. The second house, of matters that are valued materially, we have the five of swords. This is conquest. There is a feeling, among defendants and potential defendants, that these cases are unnecessarily punitive, and the result of a desire to be nasty. Yes, readers, these defendants truly think that they are above the law! The third house, of communication, short trips, and written words, gives us the Page of Cups, reversed. This page, when he falls reversed, is someone who is a bit of a dilettante, and isn't always truthful. He is here, in this country, and he is youngish...perhaps in his late twenties. He is suspected of lying to investigators, and he may face charges. He is in the United States, and within reach of prosecutors; he just hasn't been charged yet. The fourth house, of domestic affairs, shows the Knight of Wands. This is someone who is still working on investigating potential defendants here in the United States. The appearance of this knight warns that someone who is about to be charged may try to flee. Perhaps information relating to suspects who have yet to be charged will not be shared with the public.

In the fifth house, of creative responses and speculations, the Moon appears, reversed. This tells us that practical considerations will rule the day. We do have witnesses who have not been candid, and we do have defendants who have been indicted but have not yet been charged. We will have to wait a little bit longer to see who they are. In the sixth house, of inconveniences and everyday matters, we have the Wheel of Fortune, reversed. This is not a good card for those enforcing the law. It tells us that there have been setbacks in charging the right people with crimes, and that suspects and defendants who have not been formally charged have found loopholes within our judicial system, in order to get away with criminal activities. If we move into the seventh house, of partnerships, where the three of pentacles turns up reversed, we get a glimpse of what some of those loopholes might be. The three of pentacles is reversed is greed, and commonplace ideals. There has been some sort of dishonest deal made in order to evade prosecution and continue the criminal activities.  We have the Hierophant in the eighth house, and this is tradition. The eighth house represents taxes, secrets, and the fruits produced by the partnerships in the seventh house, and finding a card of dishonesty in the seventh house followed by a card of tradition in the eighth house is curious.....could someone who had been trusted by a suspect spill even more secrets to investigators? It appears possible. Also, as the eighth house talks about taxes, one must remember that failure to pay taxes is what brings down quite a few of the most difficult defendants to prosecute.

The ninth house, of long distance travels, higher learning, and the law, yields the Page of Pentacles. This appears to be the answer to the reversed Page of Cups, in the third house. Here, we have someone who can refute perjury and false testimony with the truth. The Page of Pentacles in the ninth house also that Congress can and will get the report, either through subpoena or court order. In the tenth house, of government and public life, we get the two of pentacles. This is about communication and balance. Congress will have to fight for the report, and there will be ups and downs in that fight before the information in the report becomes public. There will be a strong suggestion to tie up loose ends and arrest people who still should be arrested. We find the eight of wands, reversed, in the eleventh house of organizations and friends. This represents more delay in bringing suspects to justice. It is quite possible that a few people who should spend their lives in prison will get away with serious crime and present a burden to Americans for at least one or two generations. The Queen of Cups is in the twelfth house, of secret enemies and institutions, telling us that while Mueller has done his job, a lot of the footwork still remains to be done. Congress will actually do a certain amount of it, as well.

Judging by this reading, there are still a few people who remain to be charged, or whose cases have yet to be heard, and this can be a good reason to redact certain bits of information. Defendants in other countries are involved, and have already gained discovery about this matter, therefore; the cat is already out of the bag, so to speak! It makes no sense to remain secretive, because the information will be leaked if it is not shared. Once again, this is uncharted territory for the judicial system, but the truth will eventually make itself heard. Yes, more people will face charges as a result of the Mueller investigation, but there are also people who will be able to sidestep justice, for at least a while. The citizens of the United States will pay, for a long time, for the upkeep and security of a few criminals. Sad.

What Is In The Mueller Report?

So why has the Mueller report been kept under lock and key, away from those who paid for it? Why has Congress been denied access to it? Does it contain some secret that the people have not already guessed? Why? Okay, I finally decided to do a reading about it. The whole subject will probably require several readings, but here is the first one. The first question, which with I will use a Horoscope reading to deal, will concern the findings of the report, itself. I will ask what Bob Mueller has uncovered, as a result of his nearly two year investigation. The second reading, which I will do subsequently, will concern the question of who should face indictments, yet has not. Then the third and final reading will ask why William Barr, the current attorney general of the United States, has declined to release the report, in its entirety, to the American people. Now, for the first question: what was uncovered by Mueller's investigation?

The first house, showing us the nature of the entire subject, gives us the Wheel of Fortune. There are dealings, here, which have had profound effects upon the world, and its population; and would have had those effects regardless of the outcome of the 2016 presidential election in America. A relatively small number of persons have exerted an unbalanced amount of control over the entire population of the planet. There were few controls, or laws, stopping this, and we are dealing with entities who have virtually no ethics, so opportunities were ripe for the taking. In the second house, of finance, possessions, and that which has material value, the eight of wands appears. This reinforces the message of the Wheel of Fortune; opportunity ripe for the taking. A climate that allows and encourages unethical behavior has fed this situation, and it happened in a relatively short amount of time. Once again, there were no restraints or controls.  Next, in the third house, which governs communication, written words, and short travels, we have the Queen of Wands. As she falls upside right, I will regard her as kindly disposed toward law and order, for the time being. As wands represent fire, she is fiery, pushing forward any pertinent information quickly. She may be a key witness or a prosecutor. We will revisit her presence later in the reading. The fourth house, of domestic affairs, has given us the seven of swords, reversed. This tells me that there is definitely substance in the report, and that we are dealing with suspects who thought they could get away with violating the laws, both abroad and at home. When this card is upside right, it often indicates theft. Here, I am seeing that there were no controls exercised where there should have been.

We find the eight of pentacles, reversed, in the fifth house of creativity and speculation. Often, this house also deals with children and progeny. No one should be surprised if the findings of this investigation cross multiple generations, such as a defendant or suspect AND his children. It could also indicate the creation of a company or a corporation to be the face of any business endeavors, rather than a person. When the eight of pentacles falls reversed, it often tells a story of fraud, counterfeiting, and lack of true talent, as well. This, readers, is something that I believe was discovered in the Mueller report: if not actual counterfeiting, there was falsehood concerning assets or collateral, and the effects have been similar. This is troubling, as many countries have been affected. It is also bigger than the President of the United States at this point, although one might wonder why he played the game for so long! Moving along the the sixth house, of health, inconvenience, and mundane checks and balances, the card of Justice shows up. Yes, readers, there WILL be retribution! A global balancing act will be required, however. This is more serious than merely finding a president with his pants down or with his hand in the cookie jar. I would, at this point, venture a guess that even Trump was unaware of the seriousness and complexity of some of his "deal making" actions. This guess is more or less supported by the card that has turned up in the seventh house, of partnerships, where we have the Hierophant, reversed. The reversed Hierophant represents unorthodox relationships of all sorts, and finding him in the house of partners tells all of us that the Mueller report has turned up some very strange and unorthodox bed fellows! This, perhaps, is one of the reasons why justice will be complicated, here. The eighth house of monies and assets resulting from those partnerships yields the five of cups, which is a card of regret. Even as you read this, there is a teeny bit of regret on the parts of defendants, here; not because they got in over their heads or ran afoul of the laws, but because they got caught! Rest assured, these individuals will not get to enjoy all of the fruits of their unlawful labors.

In the ninth house, of long journeys, foreign nations, ideals, and law; we find the Tower, reversed. Trump Tower? Hmmm. This card, in reversal, refers to accusations, imprisonment, bankruptcy, and the like. There may even be defendants who were "thrown under the bus," so to speak, in order to confuse those conducting the investigation. This, the eight of pentacles, and the eight of wands in the second house all link to the Queen of Wands in the third house; we have someone who passed valid information to Mueller. Also, as the ninth house represents foreign nations, there is a foreign business that is involved in this picture. The whole matter will require more investigation, and it appears that there are still some aspects of the investigation that are not yet finished. The tenth house gives us the Emperor, reversed. The tenth house deals with government, public life, and order. When the Emperor shows up reversed, it tells of immaturity, loss of control, and sometimes, the loss of an inheritance. A business arrangement that did not work out, and subsequent unlawful actions to recover money are also at issue in this report. The eleventh house of friends, hopes and wishes, organizations, and charities yields the World, reversed. In addition to lack of vision and fear of adventure, this card tells of success that has not been won. This goes two different ways: the subjects of the investigation did not successfully achieve all of the goals, and the investigation falls short of ability to deal with the entire scope of the transgressions. We obviously have foreign nationals involved, and some of them may never be brought to justice in the United States. Last of all, we have the Magician in the twelfth house. This is the house of self undoing, institutions, secret enemies, and sometimes, death. The Magician mastery and skill, organization, and creativity. This whole matter will eventually find its way to justice, but sweeping changes will be required. Fraud, money laundering, large and small bank larcenies, and other white collar crime will require more oversight and actual consequences in the future. From this reading, it appears that Mueller did, indeed, discover serious crime, much of it financial in nature. He also discovered that more than one foreign nation is willing to act in unanticipated hostile ways toward the United States.  The problem in prosecuting it lies in the fact that much of it was committed in other countries, and we lack precedent and jusridiction for prosecution under that type of circumstance. The Justice card and the Magician give your faithful blogger a certain amount of hope, though.

Jayden Tompsett

Jayden Tompsett disappeared in Queensland, Australia on December 31, 2017, after an argument with a friend. According to all familiar with the case, that is the last verified time anyone has seen him. I have gotten several requests for a reading about him, and I will see if a horoscope layout can help. I have seen virtually no media about Jayden, as he lives in a different part of the world, so we will also see my lack of familiarity with the case will help the reading or impede it.

In the first house, the face of the entire matter, we have the ace of cups. Usually, this is a wonderful card, the card of new life and new ideas. Somehow, this aspect is important; a new relationship or new adventure was right around the corner. Still in the watery realm of cups, we move the the second house, of valued possessions and material goods, which gives us the Page of Cups, reversed. Here, we get closer to decepetion with this upside down page. This is a young person who is not telling the entire truth.  The third house, of communication, and short ventures from home, and sometimes transportation, shows the six of swords, also reversed. There are a couple of things to understand from this: first; it appears that Jayden has not actually traveled far from where he was last seen, and second; the depiction on this card in many decks is of a barge or a ship moving across the water, so we have another reference to water.  In the fourth house, of environment and physical surroundings, we find the five of wands, bringing us back to games and deception. When this card appears, if often indicates untruths, or partial truths, playing roles. This card could also indicate an unsuccessful attempt on someone's part to garner finances or money that was not truly owed.

The fifth house, of creative pursuits and often, of romance, reveals the ten of wands. This is a relationship or friendship that did not work out, and ended. Sometimes it alludes to power that has been used unwisely. I was rather concerned when I saw the five of wands; now I am even more concerned at seeing the ten of wands. In the house of creativity, it could tell us of impulsive actions or accidental harm. The sixth house, of the mundane functions of reality and the inconveniences of life, gives us Strength. Eventually, Jayden's missing persons case will be solved. Strength is spirituality over materialism.

We find the four of cups in the seventh house, of partnerships and friendships that require compromise. The is discontent and reevaluation. There had, at some point, been a desire to rethink something important, involving a friend. Following this, in the eighth house, we have the two of pentacles. The eighth house is joint finances and the fruits of partnership, secrets shared between different people, and sometimes, death. The two of pentacles here tells of failure to communicate, and an attempt to avoid telling the truth about something, possibly something financial. Also, an abuse of electronic equipment for the purpose of false communication is indicated, here. I am going to take the unusual step of interpreting the card from the actual picture on most decks of the two of pentacles, specifically; in terms of the ocean waves in the background: this may have been the setting of a false text or other electronic communication.  A lot is not terribly clear, so far; but one thing is; this situation has a lot to do with a demand for money between so-called friends.  In the ninth house, of longer journeys and the law, we have the Devil, reversed. This is a tendency toward indecision and possibly someone who has gotten away with a crime. This is another card that worries me, when it shows up in a position like this. I would much rather see this card upright than reversed. It is beginning to look as if things went terribly wrong during an argument and efforts were made to hide the truth. As a mundane reference, a search of any place nearby bearing the name "Devil" or Devils" would be a very good idea.

In the tenth house, of career, reputation, and structure, we have the Page of Pentacles. This is a young person who is holding back valid information because of everything he feels he would lose if he came forward with the truth about Jayden's whereabouts. In eleventh house, the five of cups shows Jayden has a lot of friends who have not given up on finding him. We also find the chance reference to water, once again. I do think this case will eventually be solved, albeit not in the way everyone would like. I always hope to be wrong about observations like that, and this time is no exception. The twelfth house, of secrets kept by and from individuals rather than partners, yields the Queen of Pentacles, reversed. Here we have a double meaning; Jayden is either in or very close to Queensland, and the Queen of Pentacles is also a person, here. This is someone who could somehow help to locate Jayden, either with after the fact testimony or simply by finding him. Somehow, she figures in the unraveling of the case. As she is reversed and in the twelfth house, her aspect is unlucky both for Jayden, as keeping the secret will prolong the case, and for those who know where he is yet won't come forward; as she warns that the secret will be made public eventually.

Lindsey Baum Investigation

I got a recent question from a reader about the Lindsey Baum investigation. Specifically, the reader wanted to know what law enforcement has done to identify a suspect, now that her remains have been found and returned to her family. Since none of my earlier readings on Lindsey's case have asked that particular question, I think it is time to ask the Tarot. I also am curious about the investigation, and how and when Lindsey will get justice.

I have chosen a horoscope spread this time, because it is easier to get more information that way, and put it together. We begin with the eight of swords, representing an unwilling standstill, in the first house, which is the face of the entire matter. This is frustrating, and it tells us that so far, investigators have not put together a solid case or found the evidence they need to proceed and identify the right suspect. The second house, which tells us about that which is materially important to solving this case, shows the five of cups. Here, your faithful blogger heaves a sigh of relief, since it tells us that there are, indeed, some valid clues that can still yield answers upon investigation. These things, whatever they are, have been overlooked. In the third house, of short distance travel and communication, we have the King of Swords, reversed. Court cards of the suit of swords often represent law enforcement, and I hate to see the King come up reversed. So far, it gives the appearance of ineffective communication among police departments, (it will take input from more than one police department to solve this case) and it points, possibly, to a member of law enforcement who does not want to solve the case.......hmmm.  Moving on the fourth house, describing the environment surrounding this investigation, we have the eight of wands, reversed. Upside right, this card tells of sudden happiness and enthusiasm, but when it falls reversed, it has a very different story to tell: jealousy and quarrels.

In the fifth house, of creative ideas and creative productivity, we find the nine of swords. This augers more delays, and it relates to the first card in this reading, the eight of swords. The message is that investigators really do not know which way to turn. The sixth house, of inconveniences, has a rather unusual message in the form of the Hierophant, reversed. When this card appears upright in a reading, it tells of tradition and conformity; its reversed meaning is nonconformity and "thinking outside of the box". What this means is that in order to solve this case,  law enforcement will have to interview someone(s) they do not want to consider a suspect, and will have to look at possibilities they do not want to deem likely scenarios. Going back to the five of cups in the second house, I am going to venture a guess that there are two such possible suspects or witnesses and two sources of evidence that have not been tapped.

The seventh house, of partnerships and partnered efforts, gives us the Knight of Swords. This is law enforcement, and this is straightforward law enforcement, working hard to solve the case. The message of one police department that is either not communicating or on the wrong track is reinforced, here. Nonetheless, this is an investigator who will work until Lindsey gets justice. The two of wands, reversed, shows up in the eighth house of legacies and joint efforts. This represents a deliberate effort to avoid identifying the correct suspect. Clues have not been checked out as quickly as they should have been, and the investigators who want to solve this case will need to be very careful to make sure that evidence is not mishandled. The ninth house, of long journeys, law, and protection, shows the Queen of Pentacles, reversed. I really do not like to see this, because it looks like a woman, or an organization dealing with earth, dirt, DNA, and bones is either deliberately or inadvertently protecting someone who should be questioned. This case has been slowed down by professionals who do not communicate with each other and who do not want to look at evidence.

The tenth house, of career and relationships with superiors, shows the seven of pentacles. Once again, this is delay. It does show us that with the right amount of dedication, it IS possible to get justice, though. The Page of Cups, reversed, appears in the eleventh house, of hopes and desires. This is simply bad news, and perhaps, a false lead or tip. We may even see someone charged with perjury or subornation of testimony before this is over. At the very end, in the twelfth house of endings, we have the Queen of Swords, upside right. This shows that after all the delays, law enforcement and the judicial system finally put the matter to rest and secure justice for Lindsey Baum, despite all the false starts.

Jayme Closs

On October 15 of this year, police in Barron, Wisconsin got a 911 call. Nothing was said directly to the dispatcher, but screams could be heard in the background. When police got to the home of Jayme Closs and her parents, her parents had been murdered, but Jayme was nowhere to be found. She remains missing. So what happened to her, and where is she? I will see what the Tarot has to offer through a horoscope spread.

In the first house, we find Death. Usually, Death does not represent an actual, physical death in tarot readings, but in a reading for a missing person, the card sometimes does point us in that direction. A more typical meaning for Death is a major change or transformation. The first house is the situation at hand, and at this moment, the person who murdered Jayme's parents is in control of the situation. The second house gives us the ten of wands. The second house is about money and possessions, and the ten of wands augers oppression and power that has been used unwisely. The unfolding picture is beginning to show us a drama that took place between Jayme's parents and another adult; this very likely had nothing to do with Jayme. We will come back to this, since it speaks to motive.

The third house, of communication, memory, and short journeys, shows the six of cups. This is a card of childhood memories and childhood friends; and it leads right into the next card in the fourth house of home environment and real estate property, the ten of pentacles, reversed. The ten of pentacles, when it falls upright, often foretells of inheritance and money received as a gift or bonus. Reversed, it points to a loss of inheritance, or to a financial risk that did not pan out. As it has turned up in a position that tells us about real estate property and houses, perhaps investigation of those things in relation to Jayme's parents is merited. This strengthens the point made by the ten of wands in the second house and suggests investigation of previous occupants of the home or anyone involved in joint financial endeavors with Jayme's parents.

In the fifth house, of creativity, entertainment, and children, we find the World. Somehow, the perpetrator has managed his goal. The message here is that he is still at large. The sixth house, of inconveniences, health or lack thereof, and mundane, day to day events, gives us the five of pentacles, reversed. We have someone who appears happy and balanced; no one would dream that this is the person who killed Jayme's parents. The seventh house, of partnerships, gives us the Devil. Here we have someone who insisted upon his own way and dominated Jayme's parents. Traditionally, the seventh house symbolizes marriage, but it also often refers to partnerships that are not necessarily marriage, so this could be a business partnership. The message throughout the reading, so far, has been one of a man whose losses made him feel justified in committing horrible crimes. This reiterates it. The eighth house, of joint finances, mysteries, and sometimes, death; turns up the four of wands, which is a card of celebration. Once again, we have a reference to a job completed....the goal was to kill Jayme's parents. We have the six of wands in the ninth house, of long distance travel. This tells us what we already know: the perpetrator and Jayme have successfully disappeared. Investigators should keep looking at surveillance videos; there WAS a vehicle involved, and the Closs's were not chosen randomly. Someone intended harm to them.

We find Temperance, reversed, in the tenth house of career, ambition, and social standing. The tenth house also represents the father, and Temperance is a card of good combinations when it is upside right. Reversed, it tells of the opposite: bad combinations. Since this is also the house of the father, I am inclined to think that work associates or possibly an employer of Jayme's father should be given closer scrutiny, along with any person financially connected to or involved with him. The next card, in the eleventh house, is the ten of swords. The eleventh house is the house of friendships and fun, and the ten of swords is a card of violence and ruin. This is the first indication in this reading, so far, that young Jayme might have met a violent end. I always sincerely hope I am wrong in such assessments. The last card, in the house of secrets, secret enemies, and defeat is the Page of Pentacles, reversed. This is unfavorable news; Jayme is considered a liability because she witnessed a crime. Once again, I hope I am wrong.

The only cards that give hints to location are the six of cups, pointing us west at first; then the six of wands, taking us south. Temperance gives us hints about water, a river or a shallow lake. The biggest message here is about the motive of the killer; revenge for a loss of property and money.

UPDATE: Jayme Closs has been found alive! Sadly, she witnessed a terrible crime and was the victim of kidnapping, but she managed to get away. Now a suspect has been arrested. As of this update, law enforcement has not determined the connection of the suspect to Jayme, or to Jayme's family.

What Effect Will FBI Investigation Have On Brett Kavanaugh?

In light of the new request for the FBI to investigate Brett Kavanaugh, made on Friday during hearings concerning some ghosts from his past that have come back to haunt him, I decided to do a reading to see what the FBI would find, and what effect it would have on his nomination to the Supreme Court. This is a horoscope spread, and it is a bit involved.

The first house, representing the original matter, gives us the ten of swords, reversed. This shows that Kavanaugh has some sort of a temporary advantage, but something about it isn't permanent. He has fought the accusations from his past, and will continue. The second house, which deals with not only the financial aspect of all the hearings and investigations, but of matters that are valued by those directly involved, has the Wheel of Fortune, reversed. It appears that Kavanaugh is reaping as he has sown, and it also shows that this is going to be an expensive battle for him, no matter how it turns out. Some dearly held opinions about Kavanaugh may also have to be revised, in the face of new information!

The third house, which governs letters, communication, and short journeys reveals the seven of wands. This card often comes up to tell us that something important is being closely guarded, or that something is hidden on private property. It is interesting to see it in the third house; it is a strong indication that Kavanaugh has not been forthcoming with all the information the FBI wants, and is still looking for ways to suppress witnesses and hide other information. I suppose that's par for the course, at this point. In the fourth house, of the home environment, we have the three of cups. This shows that Kavanaugh's family will yield answers and cooperate. That aspect of the investigation will go smoothly. The fifth house of creativity, amusement, and sex, on the other hand, will show the FBI something else! We have the eight of wands, reversed, in that house. This card shows disputes and arguments. Information yielded as a result of these disputes can also have a negative effect on Kavanaugh's home life. But yes, the FBI does get some conflicting information about Kavanaugh from different sources.

The sixth house, governing work relationships and health, gives us the nine of pentacles. Kavanaugh has always been a bit of a "yes man" at work, and the FBI will find this if they question his workmates. The nine of pentacles is about enjoying the products of one's work, but alone; not with others. Next, in the seventh house of agreements and cooperation with others, the FBI is likely to find that Kavanaugh has had some voided ambitions and has used his skills in unethical ways, as shown by the eight of pentacles, reversed. From this, I gather that when Kavanaugh works alone, he does not have too many problems, but when he must work with others, he lies and cheats in order to get his own way.

In the eighth house, of debt and joint finances, we see the Page of Swords. Often, pages represent young people, and this may well be a young person, or someone Kavanaugh knew as a young person. The suit of swords represents words, both written and spoken, and often messages. Whether the page is an actual person or not, we can expect new information about something for which Kavanaugh paid, here. This will take investigators by surprise, and its revelation will also take Kavanaugh by surprise.

The ninth house, which governs the "establishment", law, long journeys and protection, shows the nine of cups. The nine of cups is a card indicating lack of nothing, and it seems that Kavanaugh's friends in high places will try to subvert the FBI's investigation. Oddly, the tenth house, of career and career ambitions, gives us the Devil, reversed, which is an almost opposite message! One of the significations of the tenth house is relationship to superiors, and when the Devil falls reversed, it shows someone letting go of something that was once important. Perhaps Kavanaugh would prefer to pull his name out of the running for this position, rather than have new information come out. Next, in the eleventh house of friends, fraternities, and debates, we have the Page of Wands, reversed. This shows unpleasant news or unfavorable testimony, very likely from someone Kavanaugh has known since college.

The twelfth house, of secret enemies, self undoing, and conclusions, yields the ace of swords, reversed. This is too much power. Somehow, this power leads to an obstacle or a false start somewhere along the line. It is interesting that what began with the ten of swords reversed, indicating temporary power, ends with the ace of swords reversed. It seems that the recommendation of the FBI will probably be that Kavanaugh is not fit to be a Supreme Court justice. Perhaps I should do another reading, later in the week, to find out what the Senate will do with that information.

Is Brett Kavanaugh Responsible For threats To Christine Blasey Ford?

Amid all the upheaval about the Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh, and allegations of sexual assault against Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, in 1982 when they were both in high school, I decided to see what the cards would tell me. I did a Celtic Cross reading, and the results were very interesting. As I shuffled the cards, the ten of wands fell out, and landed reversed. The ten of wands in reversal forecasts treachery and duplicity, which is rather ominous, considering the question.

The reading begins with the King of Wands, reversed, crossed by the four of cups, also read reversed, here. The reversed King of Wands is an unyielding, argumentative man, and I am going to assume that he represents Brett Kavanaugh. When the four of cups falls reversed, it betokens new and novel approaches to problems. This is beginning to appear as if Mr. Kavanaugh is looking ways other than simply telling the truth in order to manage the situation he is in, with the allegations. Beneath this, we have the six of cups, reversed. Often, this card in reversal tells about someone who clings desperately to outworn ideals and notions, but sometimes, it also tells of a "gift" from the past! And so he has one!

The four of pentacles shows up in the place of matters moving into the past. This is a love of political power, and, once again, clinging to that which is no longer useful. As a flipside to this interpretation, Mr. Kavanaugh's "usefulness" to Donald Trump may be on the decline.

As a hope on the part of Mr. Kavanaugh, we are getting the seven of cups. Mr. Kavanaugh has scattered his resources in too many directions, and the best thing for him to do would be to ground himself and recognize that he cannot change history and no longer controls the narrative, here. In the very near future, we have the five of pentacles, which shows that Mr. Kavanaugh is not only worried, but losing support, even among his own party. Sometimes, this card refers to a sexual conquest that did not work out. Hmmmm. I am inclined to conclude that he is culpable and that Dr. Ford is telling the truth.

In the place of fears, we see the eight of cups, which tells us that Mr. Kavanaugh is afraid that after he has come this far, he will have to abandon his course of action. Next, in the place of environment, we have the nine of swords, which means worry, doubt, delay, misery, and the like. That is what's eating Mr. Kavanaugh, right now. The Tower, reversed, appears in the place of hopes. While Mr. Kavanaugh feels oppressed, he is hoping to impose the same feelings on Dr. Ford. His personal threats to her probably involve legal repercussions, (he's a public figure, so he does not have that recourse) but if she was harmed in any way, he would not mind a bit. The last card is the High Priestess, reversed. This is surface knowledge and conceit. It is also very telling; some of the threats actually are coming from sources closer to Mr. Kavanaugh than suspected. He may not be able to recite the threats, word for word, but he is aware that this is being done on his behalf. This explains the "creative" approach shown by the reversed King of Wands crossed by the reversed four of cups. The treachery described by the reversed ten of wands also screams that his camp bears some responsibility. Luckily, U.S.Marshals are looking into this.

Mollie Tibbets

Mollie Tibbets, age 20, was last seen on July 18, jogging in Brooklyn, Iowa, where she lived. She was reportedly staying at the home of her boyfriend, feeding his dogs while he was out of town. Since then, there has been no trace of her. So where is she and what happened? We will see if the Tarot can shed any light. I did a horoscope spread, here, because while it can often give diffused or non-specific information, it can also give more information.

We have the Magician in the first house, of the case, itself. This tells us that law enforcement has someone who knows how to manage a case such as this already hard at work. It also shows a certain amount of deliberate action behind Mollie's disappearance.....someone made her disappear for a reason. In the second house, not only of money and financial prospects, but also of things that are important to us, we have the Wheel of Fortune. This shows that there was something to be gained, or something to be protected. I believe it illustrates the reason Mollie is missing, but we will continue, and return to this card later. The third house, of short journeys, communication, brothers and sisters, and of memory, gives us Justice, reversed. This almost screams legal complications; it is beginning to look as if Mollie saw something or became aware of something that could have compromised another person or persons.

The fourth house, of environment, shows the Queen of Pentacles. This is a woman who is intelligent, generous, and hard working. This is the first reference to Mollie, herself, so far. Her generosity was problematic, and somehow became part of the picture in her missing persons case. The fifth house yields the two of cups. The fifth house governs love affairs, pleasure, and amusement and the two of cups speaks of romantic and business partnerships. These two elements; fifth house and partnerships, are key, here. The person who can tell us where to find Mollie is someone she knows, and she trusted that person. The sixth house of everyday things and inconveniences gives us the Hierophant, the card of tradition and conformity. So far, the message is that the relationship between Mollie and the person who took her was somehow not suspect, and appeared to have the approval of societal conventions, and Mollie felt safe.

In the seventh house of partners, agreements, and the public, we are shown the ace of wands. The ace of wands is a new idea or undertaking, and the seventh house is all about agreements. Once again, the message is that Mollie agreed, thinking she was safe, even if the ace of wands provided a new experience in unfamiliar territory.....either literal or figurative. Then, in the eighth house, we see the High Priestess, which is about secrecy. The eight house is the house of joint finances and debt arising from joint finances, and sometimes of death. Seeing a card of mystery and secrecy here is a bit disconcerting. This card, and the Hierophant are also the cards that speak the most strongly of location, so far. Churches, and female saints could be clues. Another reference of the High Priestess is water; water that is deep enough to hide something.

We have the ace of cups in the ninth house, of long journeys, beliefs, and law. This is another water card, and I am beginning to wonder if water is part of the entire picture. A water card in a house that symbolizes the law could be telling us that water has been used to hide evidence from the law. A longer journey was considered, but I do not think it happened. The tenth house, of social status and career, shows the three of wands. The three of wands is another "partnership" card, but this card often refers to partnerships involving more than two people, and partnerships that center on commerce or cooperation in everyday efforts. This is a suggestion that more than one person knows where to find Mollie. It tells of accomplices, and possibly, of at least one accessory after the fact. It would also be a good idea to check the workplace or job sites of any of Mollie's friends who had immediate contact with her prior to the disappearance.

We have the Knight of Cups in the eleventh house, of friends and social connection. This is a young man with light brown hair and hazel or blueish eyes. He is a "romantic", and as he is upside right, I will assume that he is friend, not foe. Knights often have important information, and this knight is no exception. He represents a tip that helps to solve this case. The twelfth house, of endings, secrets, and self destruction, gives us the six of pentacles, reversed. This is the "you get what you pay for" card, only it is reversed. In reversal, this card often tells of unpaid debts, bad credit, and sometimes, embezzling and fraud. I hate to see it in this position, because it may mean that someone with bad intentions will try to collect reward money.

The only cards pointing to a possible death are water cards; however, there are several cards that indicate bad intentions: Justice reversed, the three of wands, and the six of pentacles, reversed. Two weeks, going on three weeks, is also a along time for anyone to be missing. The High Priestess in the eighth house concerns me; it shows that an effort has been made to hide Mollie, and to hide the reason she disappeared. I do think she will be found, and I see the person responsible for her disappearance attempting to flee....another inference of the three of wands. He....yes, "he" will try to be casual about it, though. I truly hope she can be found safe, and I will keep her in my thoughts.
